By booking an appointment with Emma’s Lash Club, you agree to comply with the following policies. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in refusal of service and full service fees being charged.
1. Booking Fee
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
2. No Guests or Children
To ensure a calm and safe environment, no guests or children are allowed during your appointment. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation and a 100% service fee will be charged.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Your booking fee will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
4. Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours are considered late cancellations. 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
5. No Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be marked as a no-show, charged 100% of the service fee, and will be blocked from making future bookings.
6. Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in cancellation of the appointment and a 100% service fee will be charged.
7. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
8. Lash Fills
Lash fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks.
At least 60% of lashes must remain to qualify as a fill; otherwise, a full set may be required.
9. Aftercare
Clients must follow aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity of their lashes.
We are not responsible for retention issues due to improper aftercare or external factors.
10. Health & Safety
Please inform your technician of any eye conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses
11. Right to Refuse Service
Emma reserves the right to refuse treatment if:
These policies are not followed
A client uses offensive language, behaves disrespectfully, or acts unfairly
A respectful and professional
environment is always expected.
